We are hereby informing you that by deed of Notary Sergio Ambrosetti dated 20/11/2017, in Palazzolo s/Oglio (BS), index no. 27810/13824, with legal effect from 01/01/2018, the merger by incorporation has taken place of the company “Trusting S.r.l.”, with registered office in Borgo San Lorenzo (FI), via Guido Rossa 11, VAT and tax reg. no. IT02012060485 with the company “Fri.Tech. S.r.l.”, with registered office in Mondovì (CN), Via Gratteria 3/L, VAT and tax reg. no. IT02406160040. The production and logistics plant from which all goods sent to you will depart shall in any case remain the current location at Via Guido Rossa, 11 Borgo San Lorenzo (FI) even after 01/01/2018, although under a different company name. Following the above-mentioned merger by incorporation, as from 01/01/2018 only the company “Fri.Tech. S.r.l.” will continue operating, and referrals about any business deal should be made to it, even if arising before that date. The incorporating company “Fri.Tech. S.r.l.” will therefore succeed into all deals, both active and passive, pertaining to the incorporated company Trusting S.r.l. starting from 01/01/2018; we would therefore invite our esteemed customers to show on any kind of document the new header “Fri.Tech. S.r.l.” from 01/01/2018. Different document formats will not be accepted.
